New online hub a hit for UAP

A new online resource hub from hardware solutions provider, UAP Limited is already proving popular with web users, just two months after going live.  The number of users has increased by 35% compared with the same period in 2018 while the number of sessions has gone up by 20%.  The UAP team has also been encouraged by a notable rise in new users, up 3.9%.

When developing the new site, UAP focussed on navigation and the user experience.  Products are categorised under the company’s sub brands, Doormaster; Fullex; Nanocoast and Salamander.  They are searchable by product type as well as accreditation i.e. Secured by Design, Document Q and Fire-Rated.

Drawing on UAP’s extensive product knowledge, the online resource hub includes new features such as Troubleshooting.  Designed to aid existing customers and those wishing to select the right hardware solution, the section answers frequently asked questions and offers guidance on repair and maintenance.

Partnering with uPVC, aluminium, composite and timber door manufacturers, UAP’s products and services are backed by industry-leading accreditations and affiliations, providing peace of mind.  Certificates and membership details can be easily accessed via the new site, ideal for both fabricators and specifiers.
