Sternfenster welcomed 105 new customers in 2025

Trade fabricator Sternfenster has reported strong customer growth in 2025, welcoming 105 new trade customers over the course of the year as installers continue to prioritise reliable, digitally supported supply partners. The Lincoln-based manufacturer says the increase reflects growing confidence in its service-led approach, reinforced by continued investment in manufacturing performance, digital systems, and people.

“2025 has been a challenging year for the industry, so to see more installers choosing to work with us is a real endorsement of what Sternfenster stands for,” said Nathan Court, Chief Sales Officer at Sternfenster. “Installers want partners they can rely on – not just for products, but for consistency, efficiency, and support. That’s where we’ve focused our efforts.”

The growth in customer numbers was supported by strong operational performance throughout the year. Sternfenster manufactured 44,554 windows and processed 23,821 orders in 2025, backed by a nationwide logistics operation covering over 443,000 delivery miles.

Digital tools have also continued to play a key role in attracting and retaining customers.

Sternfenster reports that quotes totalling a value of over £73 million were generated through its EasyAdmin+ platform during the year, underlining increasing adoption of digital quoting and order management tools by its customer base.

The cloud-based system allows installers to quote, manage orders, and track deliveries more efficiently to help reduce manual errors and improve visibility from sales through to manufacture.

Together with an 8% improvement in its Correct On Time In Full (COTIF) score, Sternfenster also achieved Platinum Investors in People accreditation in 2025, becoming the first double glazing company in England to reach the standard.

For Sternfenster, this milestone links the importance of service quality and long-term customer relationships.

“There has to be substance behind the brand,” added Nathan. “From our people and processes to the digital tools we provide, everything is designed to make our customers’ lives easier. That’s what attracts new installers to Sternfenster – and why they stay.”

Looking ahead, Sternfenster says it will continue to invest across digital capability, manufacturing performance and customer support to build on this momentum into 2026.
