Appointments

Steve Musgrave, Production Director at Nationwide Windows & Doors

Door and window partner to the new build and social housing sectors, Nationwide Windows & Doors is delighted to report a new board appointment in the form of well-known manufacturing expert Steve Musgrave who has joined them as Production Director. Steve brings over 15 years’ experience within the fenestration industry where he has helped create and nurture multi-disciplinary teams that can successfully operate in fast-growth businesses like Nationwide.

Steve comments on his new appointment: “I’m looking forward to the positive change my skillset and experience can bring to Nationwide Windows & Doors as we embark on the next stage of our strategic growth journey. My career has been defined by people, building teams, mentoring and working smarter. Employing lean manufacturing principles, I love nurturing talent so we all work as one and deliver the best quality and service. Anyone who has worked with me, knows I’m never afraid to be hands on. My priority is to get the new composite door facility up and running, to a rate of 1000 doors per week, which will be a huge team effort.

“I love the culture here which matches my strengths. The company acknowledges the fact that it is all about the people behind the brand that makes the difference. I think much of Nationwide Windows & Doors’ success has been down to its commitment to quality and fantastic customer service, coupled with a Board that is not afraid to make things happen. I look forward to working with the team to help contribute further to productivity, new product launches and ultimately, even more delighted customers.”

Daryl Cashmore, Operations Director adds: “We’re delighted and proud to have Steve join the team to help us as we embark on even more planned growth across multiple product streams and markets. With the business continuing to hit record sales and production targets month on month – we’re now manufacturing and installing one product every minute from our purpose-built 7-acre site in Rugby – it’s critical that we continue to invest in people who can help us continue to deliver the levels of service and quality our customers expect from us. We look forward to working with Steve to achieve just this, while helping us to continue to grow capacity and output across a more complex product offering.”
