“VITA has a wide range of some really fantastic products which I intend to make sure everybody knows about,” explains Stewart. Despite almost three decades in business with supply into many of the top UK fabricators, VITA really is still one of the industry’s best kept secrets.
“VITA also have the exclusive UK rights for the distribution of the Schüring range of German hardware products which continues to grow across our customer base and will undergo further development. All products are manufactured in house at VITA owned facilities, so we have total control over what is developed. Because of this, we are able to reflect the ever changing needs of the market and meet the increasingly stringent standards with fast and relevant product development. Supplying pertinent, affordable products for windows and doors that deliver on quality and aesthetic appeal is key and the focus will remain on this as we move forward.”
With a strong heritage in the hardware sector, Stewart will be able to draw on his experience to ensure that VITA continues to grow its customer base by raising the brand above the radar. Stewart concludes: “There are lots of exciting things in the pipeline for VITA and I am looking forward to taking the company into new areas, while continuing to build on the long VITA heritage with further investment in new products and service initiatives.”
