Conservatory roof manufacturer SupaLite is still delivering to its customers – despite the supply chain challenges the industry is currently facing.

While companies large and small are feeling the pressure as lead-times are extended and service levels drop, SupaLite customers are still being offered 7-10-day lead times.

Steve was also quick to praise SupaLite’s supply chain partners as the company has been able to meet record levels of demand with the minimum of fuss.

“Nobody could have predicted the current situation with demand outstripping supply, but thanks to the close links we have with our supply chain partners the problems have not affected us,” said Steve.

“With many fabricators and installers dealing with customers demanding urgent fittings but struggling with usually reliable suppliers, thanks to the strength of our supply chain we have been able to work at normal capacity.”
