Unique Window Systems invests in 8 machines for precision & productivity

Unique Window Systems has announced its investment in eight machines so far this year to further improve productivity, efficiency and precision engineering across its PVC-U and aluminium offering. All eight machines were purchased from Promac following a 10 year strong partnership with proven professionalism.

James Raven, Sales Director of Unique Window Systems explains more about this significant investment: “Unique is committed to offering customers quality products, good service and a product range to satisfy all of their needs, but to ensure we continue to do this as the business grows in both the trade and commercial markets we operate in, we needed to invest in our factory. Over the course of the last 6 months we have invested in: a BDM Cutting and Machining Centre, Graf Synergy two, three and four head welders, an electronic double mitre saw, a FOM Industrie CNC machining centre as well as a refurbished Urban corner cleaner and quad welder.

“These additions to our factory increase capacity across the range of PVC-U and aluminium products we offer, but also further improve our productivity, efficiency and precision engineering – all of which are extremely important to our business.

“We started working with Promac when we were established 10 years ago because we knew they offered a professional service, so when we identified the need for such significant investment this year, they were our first port of call. Since we started working with them 10 years ago we have found all aspects of their service, from advice and ordering the machine, to installation and after sales support, to be first class and this most recent partnership was no different.”

Unique Window Systems is a well-established manufacturer of PVC-U and aluminium fenestration building products, specialising in the supply of quality products that help installers to win work and develop their businesses. Its versatile and extensive portfolio encompasses a full range of products for all types of newbuild, home improvement and refurbishment projects, designed to suit all customer requirements. Joe Hague, Group Managing Director of Promac adds: “We’re seeing an increase in investment across the board at the moment but Unique’s ongoing commitment to optimising efficiencies in their factory is evident in this latest significant venture. Promac is committed to service across all of our departments, so it’s great to work with companies like Unique who take the same approach.”
