Veka and the Independent Network welcome MPN uPVC Windows back into the fold

MPN uPVC Windows, Doors & Conservatories Installations has chosen to supply Veka systems once again, after trialling another PVC-U system for just six months. The family-owned company – with three showrooms across South Wales – has also rejoined Independent Network in order to regain access to a host of industry-leading business support.

MD Paul Webster explains: “We’ve used Veka for the last 11 years, and never had a problem, but we thought it might be time for a change. What if we were missing out on something better in the market?

“We moved over to a new system but after 6 months we had to admit it was nowhere near the top quality we had been giving our customers for the last 11 years.

“We decided to go back to Veka profile because it’s a superb brand for us, and provides exactly what we need for our customers. The quality is exceptional and there’s a massive range of window and door styles to choose from, in a huge number of colours. Veka offers such a range that it means we can meet any customer’s needs – however unique they may be.

“We were also keen to return to Veka because it meant we were eligible, once again, to join Independent Network.

“Being part of IN strengthens our proposition because it gives our customers total confidence to invest in home improvements with us. Trust is EVERYTHING in this industry, and IN assures customers that they are getting an excellent product, backed up by a fantastic level of service.

“IN ticks so many boxes for us and what we can offer our customers, that we’d be daft to go it alone. The organisation provides our customers with finance options, deposit protection, a ten year insurance-backed guarantee and the reassurance that arbitration support would be available should anything at all go wrong. (Not that our customers need it!)

“It’s good to be back with Veka and Independent Network, it turns out the grass is greener on this side of the fence.”

Veka Group’s Head of Partner Programmes Karen Lund said: “It’s been great to welcome MPN back to the organisation. The company has won numerous awards for customer satisfaction over the years, and we know that the team represent everything we want to see from an IN member and Veka customer. They are committed to quality, service and professionalism, and I’m sure we’ll see them win even more customer satisfaction awards in the years to come.”
