Window Ware invests in the future with new apprentice

Demonstrating their commitment to developing new talent and delivering exceptional customer service, Window Ware, the award-winning hardware distributors, have strengthened their talented team with a new apprentice.

Stella Napoli has joined the Bedfordshire specialists as their new Customer Service Apprentice. In her role, Stella will be helping the customer-facing departments to maintain their award-winning service. She’ll be working four days a week in the office and gaining valuable practical experience. Then for the remaining one day a week, Stella will continue her training and development.

Speaking about her new role, Stella comments: “I am really excited to be joining the team here at Window Ware. When I came for my first and second interviews, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. From that moment, I knew Window Ware was the right place to develop my customer service skills.

“I’ve already gained lots of customer handling experience from working in a local restaurant, so this is a perfect career move for me. While the thought of having to get to grips with over 6,500 products is quite a daunting prospect, I’m really looking forward to learning new skills and gaining fresh experience with a team that’s known for its first-class customer service.”

Sarah Binns, head of internal sales & marketing comments: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Stella to our team. Even at this early stage, Stella is proving to be a real asset to our customer-facing teams.”

“Apprenticeships are a real win-win for both students and employers. They’re a great way for us to invest in our workforce, whereby we can nurture the specific skills we need as a business and mould new talent to suit the way we work. At the same time, apprentices like Stella get on-the-job training to boost their confidence, expand their skill-set and fast track the first steps of their career. Best of all, they can benefit from the combined knowledge and experience of our talented team here in Bedford.”

“We’re really pleased to have Stella on the team. We wish her all the best with her studies and hope she thrives during her time with us.”
