The cutting-edge Cotswold Sinidex system is a high-specification window lock with twin locking cams and is tested to PAS24 standard with a Secured by Design accreditation. The product boasts several fabricator-friendly features such as an intelligent floating mushroom technology, that offers robust security performance and excellent tolerance, and ensures the window always locates.
Designed with the fabricator in mind, there are also time-saving features such as the routing prep, the same as a standard espagnolette, and there are handy lines on the rod to aid alignment.
The Cotswold Sinidex lock will eventually form part of a full casement window guarantee package, including stayguards and hinges, allowing customers to quickly and easily manufacture high-performance product.
Window Ware Managing Director Sam Nuckey explains what Sinidex brings to her product range: “We were looking for a product that ticked all the boxes – comprehensively tested, SBD-accredited, PAS24 and Document Q complaint. The Cotswold Sinidex window lock offers it all.
“At Window Ware, we’re passionate about helping customers take the complexity out of their supply chain and providing choice in the market place – and we’re delighted to be collaborating with Caldwell to provide a product that does just that.
