Endless possibilities with Infinity software

The newest software brand in the window industry is helping companies to project a professional image and to work smarter.

Infinity is the newest brand to hit the fenestration software market – it launched in January this year and is generating a real buzz online and in the press. That’s largely because there’s plenty of substance behind that distinctive brand. Two Infinity software products have already been launched – Capture and Showroom – and there are several more still to come. The key message to come from Infinity is that it is bringing professional, affordable software solutions within reach of every single company in the industry – and in the process is helping to level the playing field so that smaller businesses can compete head on with the bigger players in the market.

The new brand will be appearing for the first time at the FIT Show in May and that’s where visitors will be able to meet the experienced team behind it all and see the software up close for themselves. The Infinity products released so far are all about allowing companies to project a professional image out to customers, while at the same time working that bit smarter. Capture, for instance, is an online lead capture tool which lets domestic end users create their chosen window or door online and then submit a ‘warm’ enquiry via the website direct. Capture doesn’t link to a supplier’s online presence like other similar door designers do but instead plugs directly into a company’s own site with personalised branding and content and a user-friendly, contemporary looking interface. Target Windows in Stoke and Flair Windows in Sutton Coldfield have been early adopters of Capture and both are already reporting excellent take-up from consumers, with Ryan Lugg from Flair Windows saying: “When we first started to analyse what we wanted from a lead generator – two things were clear. Firstly, it had to be simple enough for any member of the general public to use and secondly it had to be able to answer enough questions for it to be worthwhile us using. Capture by Infinity has achieved both of those things with detailed but straightforward quotations now coming through online.”

Showroom is a complementary product to Capture and is a personalised lead generation app which makes it possible for Infinity customers to create their very own virtual showroom packed with their own marketing content. They can use it as an extension of their existing website or as a useful additional marketing channel. Because Showroom is an app, it works both on and offline so sales teams can use it face to face in the sales process even when they have no access to the internet, and homeowners can download and access it for themselves. Neither Capture nor Showroom require advanced IT knowledge to be able to set up or use – Showroom can be created using a simple template which customers brand for themselves and simply click and select to populate with their own content. Full details of both are already available via the brand new website at www.infinitylogo.co.uk. A series of clever animated videos on there show exactly how the new products work in practice, and it’s even now possible to set up an online account and purchase the software from the website direct.

Infinity is stressing though that it is not just targeting installers working in the retail market. Currently in development and also set for launch soon are Register – a new software platform for manufactured product registration and Rapport – a comprehensive customer relationship management system. These products are squarely aimed at fabricators and at installers working in the commercial market and will broaden Infinity’s reach into the market during the course of 2019. There will be previews of both at the FIT Show and any potential customers who want to be kept ‘in the loop’ to learn more about launch dates and availability can register their details now at www.infinitylogo.co.uk.
