New locations for GGF training courses

To develop its “Training the Industry” campaign the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) is pleased to announce it has secured four new locations in Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and Dublin for its high quality training courses for installers and surveyors.

GGF Accredited Installer Training is designed for installers with some experience but who wish to hone their skills. The focus is on quality outputs and ensuring you deliver a professional approach and avoid shortcuts which can lead to customer dissatisfaction – get it right first time. All training content is linked to existing GGF standards.

This course is open to both GGF Members and Non-Members. 

Whilst, this GGF training course is aimed at installers who already have some experience in the sector other members of the team can benefit such as:

  • Trainee window installers
  • Installation Managers
  • Regional Managers
  • Sales Managers
  • Sales Directors

For Surveyors 

GGF Accredited Surveyor Training provides comprehensive instruction on professional surveying techniques for PVC-U, timber and aluminium windows and door-sets. It highlights many common pitfalls and arms candidates with the professional skills necessary to provide a quality surveying service with confidence and accuracy. The focus is on quality outputs and ensuring you deliver a professional approach avoiding customer dissatisfaction – get it right first time. All training content is linked to existing GGF standards.

This course is open to both GGF Members and Non Members.

For Fire Resistant Glazing Installation Training

This course covers the theoretical knowledge required to work alongside practical experience, providing glaziers with the knowledge to ensure these safety critical products are installed correctly and be able to explain to others on site the importance of their specialism.
