Another record year as G-Awards salute the industry’s best of the best
The G22 Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner proved to be yet another record night as nearly 600 gathered to celebrate the best of the best at the industry’s top event. Two new awards for 2022 – for Rising Star and Machinery Supplier of the Year – meant there were 14 trophies, presented by actor and comedian Hugh Dennis to the companies and individuals who showed their mettle in some of the most challenging times the industry has seen.
Organiser Tony Higgin told Windows Active: “Once again, we have seen how the real leaders have come to the fore when they were put to the test. The winners this year were the ones who excelled themselves in the face of all the challenges that 2022 has sent, and every one of them deserves these trophies more than ever.”

Component Supplier of the Year: DoorCo
Rising Star Award: – Bradley Foster, Lister’s
Commercial Project of the Year: Alpine Homes Hayling Island, Rehau
Sustainability Initiative of the Year: Deceuninck
Machinery Supplier Award: Haffner
New Product of the Year: Stellar Aluminium Systems Part L, Epwin Window Systems
Installer of the Year: Clearview Home Improvements
Fensa Installation of the Year: Magna Windows
Glass Company of the Year: Saint-Gobain
Fabricator of the Year: Quickslide Windows and Doors
During the event, at the InterContinental London Park Lane, a collection for GM Fundraising and Hope House raised £2,971.
