The dedicated academy is designed to be a focal point for Everest’s commitment to the continued development and training of its extensive sales force which is already recognised as the best in the sector. The hub provides a centralised place for staff to engage thoroughly with the range of products and become familiar with and aligned to Everest’s business objectives and core values.
The academy neighbours with Everest’s headquarters in Cuffley, so aims to bring continued trade to St Albans and help boost the economy within Hertfordshire. The academy also serves to showcase Everest product combinations with creations from partners Thomas Sanderson and Armour Home Electronics.
Roy Saunders, CEO of Everest, said:
“At Everest we believe in transparency and we think it’s important for our customers to know that when you book one of our free, no-obligation appointments, our sales team is expertly trained. Our academy is designed to ensure that our staff are an extension of Everest and instilling our core values is an important step for the company.”
