Swiftframe opens its doors to new customers

Installers are being invited to come and see windows and doors manufactured from the UK’s most advanced fabrication plant

SAMSUNG CSCWith a world-class product range and a service second to none, Swiftframe makes a promise to its customers that their expectations will be exceeded in every way. In a visit to Swiftframe’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Norwich, it is easy to see how this promise is made. With windows and doors fabricated from the most advanced manufacturing plant in the UK, each product is engineered exactly by a team of robots watched over by humans. Swiftframe was the pioneer of fabrication automisation over 20 years ago, and today they are still way ahead of the game in terms of up-to-the-minute technology. The complete manufacturing process is virtually untouched by human hands.

An extensive range of PVC-U chamfered and featured windows, complements a comprehensive range of doors, all manufactured from Swiftframe’s very own extruded PVC-U profile. The Swift extrusion plant was commissioned with one aim in mind – namely to give Swiftframe complete control of its own product origination. Extrusion of profile in the manufacture of trade PVC-U frames is not only important but crucial to the integrity of the final product.

swiftyThe job of promoting the company to the trade over the last two decades has fallen on the shoulders of the company’s very own robot ‘Swifty’. Successful in establishing the company as one of the UK’s largest PVC-U fabricators, Swifty is back again, but this time with a slight facelift! However, not all of the responsibility for looking after customers and seeking new prospects falls on the shoulders of our friendly robot Swifty. Colin Cole has joined the company as Sales Director and is supported by new Customer Services Executive Emma Marriott.

Colin talked exclusively to Windows Active about his plans to develop Swiftframe and support its existing customers: “Swiftframe is a giant in the world of PVC-U windows and doors. Just by walking around the impressive production facility you are overwhelmed by the incredible amount of investment and technology that has been injected into the plant. The resultant products are to die for. It is my job to open the doors of Swift and make sure a new generation of installers are fully aware of what Swift can offer them.”

Supporting Colin is Emma Marriott, who with her extensive customer service background will be ensuring the customer interface is unhindered. Emma adds: “I’m here to make sure our customers have a hassle-free experience when ordering their windows and doors from Swiftframe. Importantly, I will also be supporting Colin in his drive to bring new customers on board.”
